Have to say it. It depends on the webserver you're backing up, and
what kind of backup you want.

Some have "maintenence windows" where once every night, they close down
the server, and do a backup.

Some use the method descriped below with two NIC's.

And others choose one NIC, and backs up every night, since traffic at night
is relatively low.

Now, each method have it's ups and downs, and does depend on many factors.
It would be easier to recommend one method if you gave some more info on
how you plan to do the backups (Incremental, Differential etc.).
