255.255.255.255 is a broadcast address. Presumably, your machine is trying
to solicit a response from nearby DHCP servers. Is it on port 67 ?

I get the same thing from services.exe when I dial in to my ISP. Win2k
thinks I've just established a new network connection, and attempts to get
a new DHCP address for my modem interface.
You could stop it happening by stopping the DHCP service, but I think that
would couse you more hassles.........

Hello All,

ZoneAlarmPro tells me, whenever I access the internet, that it wants to go
there..why does this happen. If I say no, then no pages are found in IE6. A
little curious. Does IE6 need this app..? TIA. Cheers all.

P.S. No reference to this app in my Win2kPro book or the help files.
