Ummm, do I have this confused? It looks to me like some folks from Turkey (195.175.122.227) and Canada (24.156.176.239) asked his server to "HEAD" these pages.
Considering the "200" response, it looks like it worked and they were able to use his Web server as a proxy/relay.
