This is simply a trick.

By disabling java-script and viewing the source you can see the following:

<iframe src="file:///C|/" height=200 width=640 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0
scrolling=no frameborder=3 vspace=2></iframe>

Notice the src of the iframe.
