The business software alliance has a tool that checks this kind of thing,.
Never used it myself though.

Has anyone ever conducted a audit on whether a company is complying with 
software Licencing agreements... ie installing pirated warez..

Is there a way (a tool) to say capture all liscence keys from the 
workstations and servers running apps within a corporate domain a verify 
it with the vendor - online DB of all ligit keys, or a tool to run from 
the vendor themseleves?
