Password Assistant (part of NT Toolkit) from http://www.netikus.net claims
to be able to do what you need. I have not tested it myself.
Here is the description from the web site
It is a tedious task to update passwords on multiple machines. For example,
it can take you hours if you want to update the Administrator password on
all workstations on the network. Password Assistant allows you to update
multiple machines (as many as you want) just by clicking a few buttons and
typing a new password. Unlike scripting solutions (wsh, perl) this
executable needs no environment to work with, only WinNT or Win2k.

Hello All,
Does anyone know of the existance of a program
(preferably freeware) that I can used to create a
script that changes the administrator password on
NT/Windows 2000 servers. I planned on running this
script on a workstation and changing the administrator
password on machines in the current domain as well as
on machines in other domains. Any assistance will be
greatly appreciated.
