Try importing the following key to your registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters]
"AutoShareServer"=dword:00000000

( If you used W2K Worstation the key would be:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters]
"AutoShareWks"=dword:00000000 )
