Outlook 6 can move messages...

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the To line contains '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
or Where the CC line contains '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
Move it to the Seguridad folder

Tools   --   Message rules  -- Mail
