Yes and no. The hotfixes located at Windows Update are identical to the ones
listed by the Microsoft Bulletins, however Windows Update is
consumer-oriented. That means there are often critical updates available for
server products that are not listed at Windows Update. So while using
Windows Update on your server can be a nice convenience, it doesn't cover
everything. I'd still use tools like HFNetChk to ensure you have everything
loaded.

I would like to know if downloading the patches in Microsoft Bulletin is the

same as going to Windows update web site (i.e. getting the same patches).  
As an exemple, if you have an Exchange Server and Microsoft Bulletin talks 
about a vulnerability, is it possible just to go at windows update and be 
given the choice to download that patch?
