Yes and no. The hotfixes located at Windows Update are identical to the ones listed by the Microsoft Bulletins, however Windows Update is consumer-oriented. That means there are often critical updates available for server products that are not listed at Windows Update. So while using Windows Update on your server can be a nice convenience, it doesn't cover everything. I'd still use tools like HFNetChk to ensure you have everything loaded.
