First of all, check if you have viruses on your system. Then, talk to your ISP to find out if they're an open relay. Third, is some of your friends a prankster? :-) Three things are possible: either you got some virus, or someone abused your e-mail address. If this is an abuse (or a joke on your part) the attacker probably doesn't know your password, but you should change it, just in case. It might even be some of your friends doing some joke on you: he can simply put your e-mail address in the reply-to field, or fake the header to look like it was sent by you, put some amusing message and send it to non-existent e-mail address, knowing that the message will bounce back to your e-mail inbox.
