Hi all I'd like to know if anyone here has some experience with Cisco (N)IDS and the way they may inter-operate with firewalls. I've found some doc concerning NetRanger, saying it is able to communicate with some Cisco firewalls to modify their ACLs, but nothing really helpful concerning the way it proceeds.
So, if anyone knows some interesting details about it, or has good pointers for such information, I'd be more than pleased ! Thanx ! Vincent
