Hey Beef,
I have previously used Ghostmail 5.1 for anonymous emailing and posting.  Be 
aware that no the servers on that list do not work, quite possiby because 
those servers have blocked this program from their mail servers somehow.
Try looking for other smtp servers (your isps pop3 or smtp server is a
good place to start) but also look in google under phrases like "anonymous 
pop3 server" etc and you should find a few lists.
