Just my 0.02€ : Personnally, At home I use Demarc (Free for non Commercial use) which is based on Snort... A little bit surprising interface, but I found it very good.. And more for the price... You can try Snort for win32, and monkey with IDS center or Webmin.... On Snort's site you can find more... Not the same performance as on Linux, but very good anyway.. IMHO.
