instructions on creating/applying policy in a domain environment, as well as
in a non-domain environment.

I think that's my problem...these don't work locally do they?

I can't set the box up as on a domain, entering "COMPONE" as the domain
gives an error about not finding the PDC, and I don't know how to set it
as the PDC; do I need a BDC for that?  Like I said, this is just temporary
and for learning purposes until we move on to bigger and better things
(2kS, 2kAS, *nix).
