Yeah, Win9x-Me's Close Windows (afaik) only shows the Titles of windows. So
if the window has no title or is programmed not to display there it will not
show up.

I don't know about ALL processes but give Windows Process Watcher (WinTop
for short) a try, it came with the OLD Kernal Toys back with win95 but still
works even with WinMe. I wouldn't suggest tring the other tools though,
that's the only one I've used with newer oses.
