OS X probably will not compile WINE, nor even if it did would it be very
useful. WINE is not an emulator, but more of a compatibility layer. It runs
MS API's without having to recompile them or run them through a hardware
emulator. It is similar in concept to the Classic environment. Since OS X
runs on the PPC architecture, the API's running in WINE (assuming that it
could be compiled) wouldn't work because they are trying to run on an
architecture they are not assembled to run on.

The implied question you are asking is: Is there a product similar to
NetStumbler for Mac OS X? Yes, there is. Try MacStumbler (do a search for it
on http://www.versiontracker.com). It is similar in concept, if not in
features to NetStumbler.
