Why not create a "sanitizer" script on the server that goes out over the network and deletes the copy of the cached page on the accessing machine once it has been disconnected for a certain period of time, say 15 seconds or so. You can pass the login info to the script from the web page, then it monitors that tcp/ip connection, once the connection is torn down it counts down then shreds the evidence.

"Ok, so the servers are down, the lights are out, and all I have to work with is a roll of duct tape, a ball point pen, a lighter, and a twenty year old copy of emacs. Where's the problem? "
