I've never used ad-watch but you can install ad-aware silently.
i do it in our login script:

if not exist "c:\program files\lavasoft ad-aware\ad-aware.exe" h:\aaw /s

You could change the aaw installer on a regular basis and use a wsh script
to check the date on
the ad-aware exe file to determine whether an upgrade is needed.
