It sounds as if you want to run a multi-function machine. I would suggest that you do not do this. If you run ports open that you don't really need you maybe inviting trouble.
For a web server, I would suggest the following: TCP Ports: 80, 443(SSL) UDP Ports: 53 IP Protocol: 7, 16 If the web server is serving static pages, try burning the site to R/O media and running it from that location.
