You can use the command line encrypting program in windows2000 (sp2 or 3 i believe) 
and in windowsxp... use the /? to see exactly how it works... you can use it to 
overwrite free space so it's non-restoreble. I forgot the name of it but i read about 
in technet or msdn flash or windowsxp newsletter from Microsoft... so some browsing on 
microsoft.com and you'll probarly find it....
