James: NIST guidlines have great information on this stuff. One big point, ensure you have a testing plan. I have developed multiple test plans that were used as the bare minimum test points. All testers has specific specialties the concentrate on. The were also instructed to perform testing of other modules. I was able to revamp and build an even better test plan to be used on the next version upgrade.
