I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as I'm hoping not to have

I work for an organization that is considering outsourcing development and support to
India and
would like to include verbiage in a contract related to the security of:
- The dedicated connection betweeen us and the offshore vendor
- Requiring code be developed securely
Does anyone know of a good resource (free or commercial) to tap into to help develop
this detail?
