i think you may find that port 44334 is tiny personal firewall remote administration. 
As has been suggested before on this list for unknown ports, try googling for the port 
number and see what comes up.

looking at your netstat report you will see that it is not talking to any foreign ip 
addresses. Go to the www.sysinternals.com and look at some of their free utilites like 
tcpview and process explorer which will give you more information about what 
programs/processes are running
