Go to one of the systems and type "netstat -ano" (ie,
make sure you include the 'o' switch), and then check
the PID against the Task Manager Process listing.  You
may need to enable the view to show the PIDs in TM.  

Or, go to Foundstone.com and get a copy of fport v2.0.
 Run it.

Either of these methods should show you what's running
on that port.  If you don't have local access to the
box but do have remote administrator access, go to
Sysinternals.com and get psexec.exe from the
PSToolkit.
