MRTG is very good at monitoring SNMP capable devices (hubs, switches and
routers amongst others)

It does require a bit of setting up and learning, but once you have grasped
how the config file works, setting up daemons with it etc (this is harder on
Windows than Linux) then it is a very useful tool, however it is not
"real-time"

If you want a real-time monitoring application then look at SolarWinds
products, they do many different SNMP packages, which can give you real-time
usage, stats etc, but the packages are quite expensive

If you are not too bothered about realtime then MRTG will work fine and will
get the stats you are looking for :)

Take a look at MRTG (multi-router traffic grapher). I don't think it is easy
to set up, however I can't say from experience as I've never used it.

Evaluating SSL VPNs' Consider NEOTERIS, chosen as leader by top analysts!
The Gartner Group just put Neoteris in the top of its Magic Quadrant,
while InStat has confirmed Neoteris as the leader in marketshare.
