RFR: 8057813: Alterations to jdk_security3 test target

Continuation of the security test target clean up for jdk7u.
7u doesn't have the test groups concept so I had to break down some
test targets to explicit directory names. Also found that the 
javax/xml/crypto
was missing for 7u testing.
