As there is a preMaster, may not need the debug-only 
debugProtocolVersion class field.  It can be extracted from preMaster in 
the print() implementation.

Please review this minor bug fix.  Our RSAClientKeyExchange isn't
properly outputing the RSA PreMasterSecret field.
