RFR [XS] : 8230861: missing ReleaseStringUTFChars in Java_sun_security_pkcs11_wrapper_PKCS11_connect

Hello, please review this small fix .
It adds a ReleaseStringUTFChars   to an early  (special case)  return  in 
function  Java_sun_security_pkcs11_wrapper_PKCS11_connect  .
