This PR updates ResumptionUpdateBoundValues.java to fix an intermittent test failure. The error is hard to reproduce but there were some possible synchronization issues in the test.
- removes unnecessary subprocess creation and threading - improves synchronization with a CountDownLatch - updates the server thread to read and write as many times as the client thread is expecting - removes unnecessary code that could potentially affect runtime e.g., removed two unnecessary calls to System.gc() --------- - [x] I confirm that I make this contribution in accordance with the [OpenJDK Interim AI Policy](https://openjdk.org/legal/ai). ------------- Commit messages: - 8392034: Test sun/security/ssl/SSLSessionImpl/ResumptionUpdateBoundValues.java failed: trigger new session ticket Changes: https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/33548/files Webrev: https://webrevs.openjdk.org/?repo=jdk&pr=33548&range=00 Issue: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8392034 Stats: 190 lines in 1 file changed: 15 ins; 123 del; 52 mod Patch: https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/33548.diff Fetch: git fetch https://git.openjdk.org/jdk.git pull/33548/head:pull/33548 PR: https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/33548
