Hi, The exception I got was: java.lang.NullPointerException: Since it seems that nobody reads our installation notes, we must do it in the exception messages. Hope you read them. You did NOT use the endorsed mechanism from JDK 1.4 properly; look at <http://xml.apache.org/security/install.html> how to solve this problem. Original message was "null"
So I checked the URL given only to see, that there was no such page (404). The installation guide was moved to http://xml.apache.org/security/Java/installation.html some time ago. So please correct that message in upcoming releases or provide a redirection (301) to the actual page. Thanks, Thomas Kriegelstein PS: I'm using apache xmlsec since 2001, great work, keep going.
