Do people want to stick with the name NativeJCE? If so, that will define the cvs module/mailing groups we propose. (Or would we use the xml-security mailing list?)
Starting up a project will most likely generate a bunch of mail, something we don't really want to concern our xml-security people with, seeing as it's mostly unrelated.
If we go through with the security-users and security-dev split I don't think there are any major issues. We can always split the lists later.
Otherwise I think it would be best to create a seperate maillist for it.
