license problems with test vectors in CVS

Hi guys,

I have been thinking after doing the IBM test vector stuff..

Doesn't the requirement to have all files in CVS covered under the (new) 
Apache license conflict with the test vector stuff already in CVS? We might 
be able to use the files, but doesn't give us the right to claim copyright 
on them.

Should we take those files out and maybe put them in a seperate download 
somewhere?
