Sean, Right now, there isn't one. Am sure it will come up in the future. it was discussed on some conf calls. No owner yet to drive the profile. the url was to the main web site for OASIS WSS TC. I should have been more clearer. Right now, next on the agenda for short term for the OASIS WSS TC is XrML, SAML etc.
