problem seems to be your xmlns:ts="http://www.entrust.com/schemas/timestamp-protocol-20020207"
namespace. Please try it with exclusive c14n http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-exc-c14n/ instead
of http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315
as c14n algorithm.
