bugs and issues within the library, both in terms of discovering and 
reporting bugs as well as proposing fixes for those bugs.

Finally, Milan has been active on the list and involved in the various 
issues that the C++ library (and Java!) has thrown up.

Really finally - I'd really like to have someone else actively involved
