I want to do a release in the next couple of weeks of 1.2 of the C++ library.
There are some bug fixes in there that are fairly key (and have been waiting a *long* time to get from CVS to a tar), and I'd like to also do a beta of the XKMS message handling classes whilst I work on a client engine.
We need to formalise - so +1 from me!
