What version of xalan does xmlsec 1.2.97 depend on? My test passed if I
upgrade to xalan 2.6 (I was using xalan 2.2 before). Looking at the
code, the FunctionTable implemenation is changed (it no longer calls
Class.forName, but calls java.lang.Class.newInstance).
