apache bugzilla is not working. But this bug is fixed in SVN head I will cut a new RC tonight. Let's hope it's last.

I will fix this, tonight. As work arround you can overload public PublicKey engineLookupAndResolvePublicKey in your KeyResolverSpi it will fix your problem, make your class works in 1.3 & 1.4 and make it a little faster in 1.4.
