I was looking at a Visual Studio plug-in called VisualSVN, and noticed that
they have a free license for active open source projects. They are listing
Apache XML-Security as a "customer":

Did your project go through any official Apache process to request the
license? I'm wondering if I can just fill out the form to request the
license, or if I should go through the PMC, etc.
BTW, the Apache XML-Security page still has your ozemail.com.au address,
which seems to be dead:
