Looking at bugzilla there are 30 unresolved issues, although some of them apply to the C++ library. I've submitted patches for 3 of the open issues. How about we do a quick triage of the remaining bugs to be fixed for a 1.4.3 release? I can have a look at Bug 45388 (adding a POM file). There seem to be a lot of issues on "==" versus "equals". Could these issues be merged, as they seem to be duplicates? Thank you very much for offering to help. Let us know if there are any particular bugs you have time to look at. I think a mid-late summer bug fix release sounds good. I also endorse Raul's plan of phasing out the old API in our next major release. We should also target adding support for XML Signature and Encryption 1.1. http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-xmldsig-core1-20090226/ http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core1/ > > I've submitted two patches as of several weeks that haven't been > applied/reviewed etc [47029, 47057].
