Cool, Yeah. Very happy to do it together :)

I think this year we need to officially announce it on planners@ (as
response to the call for track) . I remember I learned that we have a
security track at CoC about a week before the conference, and I thought I
followed up the news pretty diligently :).
And we should make a lot of "publicity" - it's hard to get people
interested in security so we might do some "promotion" of the track and
what we would like to talk about. I think we should respond to the call for
tracks sent to members soon after we see what others think about it.

And yes, we might do some more interesting things - for example I thought
maybe that could be an opportunity for people in "ASF security" to meet
(BOF like or workshop like) and discuss and agree how we are going to make
security a priority and get better prepared for CRA and such.
