It's hard to even find out, because the gnuradio project managers are so hostile on the matter they won't even answer the question. If I understand pg 7 of this FSF annual report correctly: https://www.fsf.org/news/free-software-foundation-releases-fy2015-annual-report GNU Radio brings in around /yr if I'm eye-balling the pie chart well. I'm not sure if there are donations apart from what filters through FSF.
