So it seems we really do need a nominated Facilitator. Given that I've essentially been driving some of the things that facilitator is supposed to do (like keeping records of contributors etc) I'm happy to be the Facilitator.
I'd personally settle for a majority vote from the current core contributors to put this in place. However if any core contributor or contributor wishes we do this a different way please feel feel to make a suggestion and drive that alternate way to nominate our community Facilitator. -- Darren J Moffat
