OK, you are expecting that SunRay users could use CD devices which 
connected to SunRay client rather than those connected to SunRay server, 
aren't you?

I think it depends on how the underlayer works. Brasero couldn't 
differentiate the local and remote CD devices. Brasero gets device paths 
from gio(glib), and gio gets them from HAL. I'm not good to understand 
sunray, but I think if to achieve that goal, sunray layer should 
hide/restrict accessing server CD devices. Did I miss anything which is 
already existed I should use?

Just my idea :-) 
To access most local devices and maybe some public server devices.
