is.org, the subcategories are displayed in the subcategory pulldown menu. Ok, so the issue is that bug report form 'assumes' that the product you want is Solaris and it shows all the cat/subcats for that product. In this case solaris_security_toolkit is the product so there is no way to select that specific product. I set it up so that the category drop down shows solaris_security_toolkit/jass and shows you the right subcats but that actual submission just sends category=jass and the selected subcat. I think it will get fixed in triage (i.e. the product will get reassigned), but we'll take a look when the first report comes in. The only alternative is to use the Bugzilla database for this, which is the future replacement for the current b.o.o. setup. http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/ Derek > But when filing a new bug in www.opensolaris.org/bug/sendReport.jspa the > Subcategory pulldown menu is EMPTY. > > Please fix. > >> What is the actual product/category/subcat breadkdown in bugster? >> Derek > solaris_security_toolkit/jass (Solaris Security Toolkit) > > > This message posted from opensolaris.org > _______________________________________________ > security-discuss mailing list > security-discuss at opensolaris.org -- Derek Cicero Program Manager Solaris Kernel Group, Software Division
