XACE isn't an extension, nor a solution.   It's a framework for adding
security hooks to the X server - we've used it in the Xserver shipping
in Solaris since we upgraded to Xorg 1.2 last year - it's how both the
XC-Security and XTSol extensions install their hooks to add security checks.
What the thread is really referring to is doing something similar on Linux
using XACE to enable the hooks for the SE-Linux X extension.
