We are pleased to announce the release of the test suites for the Secure by Default (SBD) and Key Management Framework (KMF) projects. In addition, all the previously released test source and packages have been updated to the current version.
The SBD test suite is an STF-based functional test suite for the Secure by Default feature of Solaris, as implemented by `netservices(1M)`. The test suite utilizes features of the `checkenv` test tool, `dtrace(1M)`, `smf(5)` and `netstat(1M)` to verify the correctness of Secure by Default functionality in the global as well as non-global zones. We acknowledge the efforts of Xiong-Fang "Clarence" Nie of Solaris Quality Engineering for developing and releasing the SBD test suite.
