Did take a little time but found what I was missing after a colleague mentioned MLP for a shared IP. Using Trusted Network Zone Properties for Global I created an MLP TCP/515 for shared IP. Now I have the following:
iprb0 192.168.1.1/24 all-zones vni0 192.168.2.1/24 all-zones I was able to print from the labeled zones to the printer configured in global connected to the LP port. I also printed across the network from a system at different labels. Still uncertain if this is a recommend configuration or what it does to the overall security of the system.
