ssh session rekeying

Maybe I'm having a problem because I'm using snv74?  See below:

[root at irvin ~]# zfs send mere/files at pre_move_to_itservices | ssh -o 
RekeyLimit=3900K -v itservices zfs receive tank/files
command-line: line 0: Bad configuration option: RekeyLimit
