I've been running an MIT KDC (1.5) for a long while now with no issues until I wanted to fall back on the Solaris-supplied kerberos tools for my Solaris 10 boxes. I dug around and was able to find enough info to make kadmin work, but can't get kpasswd working. I found a bug filed by Shawn Emery dealing with the exact same problem I'm having, but don't see any follow-up or evidence that it was brought into the MIT codebase.
